Are you saying these people don't buy food, clothing, gas or anything else? Seriously. Because everyone I know, rich or poor, buys things and they pay a sales tax that helps run the gov't. If they rent, they help pay property taxes for a bldg. which is used to run the gov't. What the hell are you talking about? There is no tax paid by those who do not earn money, therefore they are not required to pay for the government. In many cases they take from the government and never paid taxes in their lives. as a citizen of this country, you are required* to help pay for its gov't. Its not an option*
