To make it worse, they believe they are entitled to There is a reason why Enlightenment figures like Locke believed that a democracy cannot exist with wealth concentrations. Sooner or later they become indistinguishable from royalty.

And sadly Americans work hard to create royalty like with Hollywood.

But its the rich/non Hollywood types and their supporters who have to be reminded they do not rule us.
