It all chases dividend yielding stocks that have little debt and REAL PRODUCTS THAT PEOPLE BUY EVERY DAY IN LIFE.

As the great rotation from bonds to equities happens, dividend stocks will go up in price as their yields drop like the bond yields have.

At some point cheap money and the inevitable growth of GROWING GLOBAL MIDDLE CLASS WILL ONCE AGAIN DRIVE DEMAND.

THEN GO CASH AND WAIT F0R BONDS TO YIELD AN UNBELIEVABLE 7%.

CLIP THAT COUPON FOR 3-4 YEARS AND CASH OUT THE BONDS ON CAPITAL GAINS.

That's my plan and I cannot prove it but I'm sticking to it.lol

At the risk of sounding like another old fogy SI haz bean..... you heard it here first!
  • "War of the Printing Presses"

I think we're ALREADY seeing massive inflation for the only real asset you can't print more of or dig more of out of the ground with cheap labor or robots....
  • Land where people want to live and make a good living... SF Bay Area, near Washington DC (paid lobbyists, lawyers and other parasites sucking at taxpayers' wallets.) NY City, Seattle, etc...
And the next level of inflation is the value of companies that can generate income by selling stuff you need or think you need.

I fell asleep in front of the TV last night and woke up to see Charlie Rose wearing an Apple watch.... I'd make fun of this if Apple wasn't making so much money and paying CA taxes on some of it... but really.... I have a Citizen ecodrive watch that hasn't been plugged or battery replaced since I got it years ago... solar cell on the face charges the battery....
