"What would be the point? The reservoirs you have are empty."

The point is that rivers which could have contributed to the reservoir storage and/or replenishing the aquifer, when rainfall was plentiful, have been emptying into the ocean instead.

Water resource management going forward should be modeled for the worst case scenario, not just in California but World Wide.

I just was at the gym and was watching CNN. They showed the Orioles game...........no fans in the stadium. It was eerie.

And the reporter, who yesterday suggested that police forces were becoming more aggressive because Iraqi vets were joining the police, apologized profusely for making such a statement...........which suggests she had her hands slapped badly by CNN. And then apologized profusely again for talking while the star spangled banner was getting played. Poor thing...........doesn't understand there can only be one Don Lemon at CNN,

You're really a special kind of stupid.

The entire idea of reservoirs is so you don't run out of water. You see more reservoirs means more water.

This is complicated, but what you do is save up the water that rains down when it is raining so when it stops raining for a long time, you still have water! F'ing amazing idea, I'm sure you'll agree.

God. You people.
