CPQ will continue to fall due to its constant over-reaction to the daily market situation. This Christmas will not be as Joyfull as the next one. In '98 CPQ will start to turn around to around 63 pre-split. GTW in the other hand has started to turn around already and will continue to outperform CPQ in the short term. People who would purchase a new computer as a Christmas present aren't mostly techies and do not know how reliable CPQ is, so they trust and buy-into the clever "super cool" acting marketing of GTW. The Asian crisis will continue to ground CPQ and who knows when it'll end. Japan has been going downhill for 5 years.
