I don't agree ... the power to tax is the power to destroy. If you give money to a charity, why should it be taxed as income?

They should have some faith and give it up the tax-exempt status voluntarily. And then they are free.

Free to what? Free to pay taxes!

to voluntarily start paying taxes.
In return, you will be free!

Isn't the previously tax paid money private schools get from tax paying parents as tuition, and the taxes the school employees pay on salaries - tax enough?
