Does a woman once trapped in a man's body go through menopause?

I think I know the answer!!! NO!!!! Because whether or not a sex change operation has been performed, there are no ovaries, and therefore the gradual end of egg production does not cause the physiological changes of menopause. And they are on such huge doses of female hormones to keep a feminine look, these would obviously need to be continued.

BUT I suspect that if you ask men who have become women surgically, there is still a huge sadness at the middle of life. I don't think men really realize how much women depend on physical attractiveness, youth, and general wiles to get attention and their needs met. Then all of a sudden in middle age, we have to start depending upon our more "masculine" intellectual reasoning skills to lead the way.

This is a difficult feat to accomplish when short term memory loss and "turkey neck" appear simultaneously!!!!!!!
