Inflation outlook worth reading - "YEAREND -- A tale of two U.S. inflation outlooks" :

"DISINFLATION, BUT NOT DEFLATION

But analysts saw very slim chances for overall deflation next year."

U.S. markets will do just fine after we get through some swings tomorrow (Friday). Asia still has not faced reality.

Japans feeble stimulus package will not work in the long run. Their cost to borrow money is essentially zero. They need to do some major restructuring and get the government out of business, not to mention "other" things!

The Korean election just means more uncertainty for awhile, in other words its going down more from here.

The "D" word looks bigger every day.

All these comments are JMO!

<< First post. I've often heard this idea but I'm suspicious of it.
It's true that one can buy back in, but the question is, will one? >>

It's called... discipline.

<< Will one buy it back after missing three or four points when it
might get knocked down again and now you've been fooled
twice. >>

Well, if you have been fooled twice than I suggest moving on to a stock that hasn't fooled you. COMS doesn't need to be your retirement vehicle. There are thousands of other stocks to choose from.
