Do you really? I don't believe it .. I think California mostly gives money to billionaires and their companies. But you may be thinking of this: This is accomplished through these program components: The Weatherization Program provides free weatherization services to improve the energy efficiency of homes, including attic insulation, weather stripping, minor housing repairs, and related energy conservation measures. The Energy Crisis Intervention Program (ECIP) provides payments for weather-related or energy-related emergencies. http://www.benefits.gov/benefits/benefit-details/1540 No way that will help every poor person and make up for how CA raises energy prices. We give our poor money to pay those higher bills in Calif. I'm for improving public education. I'm against using tax money to pay for for-profit private schools. How about non-profit private schools? Liberals have been saying they're for improving public education for 50 years and the public schools in Democratic run cities still suck. I'm for prosecuting the employers of those illegal workers. How about one year in prison for each person they hire? OK with me, now how about not giving illegals drivers licenses and not registering them to vote? Or sending illegal entrants back? And not welcoming them when they cross the border illegally? Maybe punish politicians who declare their cities sanctuary cities?
