All great points . Especially the fact about the leverage. If you remember the underlying culprit in the last financial crisis was all the credit default swaps, as well as the packaging and repackaging of these leading to extreme leverage. My understanding is that they not only didn't fix that problem but it has actually grown even larger! Kind of like a lot of gunpowder on the floor and who knows what will be the spark that ignites it!
