Kevin...

Glad you've cheered up a bit. Can you say that thing about grabbing the ankles again...only real slow? Somehow, I'm all
giddy. >:-)

Onward,

George

fiberman, I couldn't agree more...

Tomorrow's going to be a real crappy day at the stock market. Since the asian markets are all plummeting, all the semi-conductor stocks may take a big hit tomorrow. Sucks to own a semi-conductor stock right now; test of true patience. It seems as if everytime someone predicts that a semi-conductor stock has bottomed out, it always goes even lower.

There may be some truth to the severity of the impact of the asian markets on US companies. Take EFII and KLIC for example, both have stated that they will not make their earnings this quarters DUE to the impact of delays or cutbacks in spending from the asian markets. (take a look at impact of these earnings warnings to the stock price of these two companies). I have a distinct feeling that AMAT, KLAC, or LRCX may soon announce an earnings warning as well since these big semi companies depend heavily on the demands of asian markets. Let's all hope the asian economies pull themselves together soon!

Hey Fiberman, the S&P500 is up 30% this year, go out and buy a Vanguard index fund, you will do better and sleep better.

Fiberman, Do you believe in TH? It appears that they are still playing with the investors--changing their positions do not imply as a fundamental change!

Stay in Touch.
