PR: Scott can't release anything that has not been cleared by TPRO management. In many cases, this also includes getting permission from the company lawyers, both TPRO's and the lawyers for other companies that might be mentioned. While pursuing several obscure trails in the public record as I re-evaluated the TPRO story the past two days, I came up with a number of questions. Scott was quickly able to provide answers that were in line with what I was digging out of the filings. But he can only release the information that has been cleared by senior management in Denver. So the question to us is, "Where do we want senior management spending its time and effort, and also, TPRO's dollars?"
