...Just finally lost a summary judgement to the bnksters. The local judge has refused any demand by any homeowner (including her) for the bank to produce legal ownership of the mortgage and note... The deadbeat borrower isn't claiming she doesn't owe the money...she's trying to weasel out on a technicality. The judge is having none of that crap. The loser deadbeat has been trying to evade paying back money now for eight years...What a bum. Toss her out on the street where she belongs.
