Once the Hispanics in Texas get organized, it'll be as blue as the sky! They've got a great example in CA.

Yeah, that's what Tejek's been telling us. And then, it happened:

I have never said that. I find TX very confusing, politically, economically and emotionally, and am not convinced its going blue any time in the near future.
