Is Accent in the midst of a great turnaround or about to go bust? I've thought it has been turning around since the 2nd Q of '97 and well on its way to making a profit by 2nd Q '98 and possibly much sooner. The recent stock performance indicates otherwise. However, if this all related to the conversion of the debentures Accent sold in November (and the volume on the stock is off the scale in the last week compared to its historical trading pattern, e.g. million plus days verse 100K-200k at most), then this does represent a great trading opportunity for anyone without a current stake in the company. Accent's latest 10Q filed with the SEC mentioned important new contracts for the GDK software package, including sales to Kodak and Iomega. You can learn more about their products by checking out Accent's revised web page at accentsoft.com

By the way, another Israeli company to check out is TCNOF -- it went from $5 to $40 in about 2 years (I might be a little off on that). Like all tech stocks it has dropped off recently, but not terribly to $27. The company has cutting edge technology in an enormous new field.

Good luck with your investments!
