I was talking with a co-worker about the episode and she said she thought right before Don picked up the hitchhiker that he looked in the rearview mirror and saw a car. Is that what you're referring to.

That would be creepy if it's Glenn. He was suppose to ship out. Maybe he'll give Don a shove against the window and . . .
