Hi Neeraj,
I agree with most of your optimistic points about Qualcomm's position going forward, but if I remember rightly Nokia has in fact succeeded in building their own CDMA ASICs which they are using in their phones. Frank Byers is right in that Qualcomm's market share for handsets will go down, but that doesn't mean that their sales won't still increase dramatically!

For the short term, one point you didn't mention is that it looks as if Christmas sales should be very good. This should lead to another good earnings announcement reporting increased sales, profits and profit margins in late January, around the same time as the Super Bowl.
