My best guess based on the information I have at this time. For instance, the crushed voice box might have taken place by telescoping the neck into, or toward, the chest area. From when his body slid forward and hit the front of the metal box. He might have slid forward hard enough to drive his head into his body. It may not have been a knee .. I'm glad that the driver was black. Not happy about him being charged but rather it is not as clear of a pure white on black thing. Tones down the race riot stuff.
