The details of the DNA acquisition came out today and it really looks like a good deal for AD Tech shareholders. At $.30 EPS, AD Tech should get more than $1.2m of the $5m purchase cost back in DNA profits in the first year. Using the HED films, DNA should be able to offer quality and safety at very competitive prices. Here's to a very profitable 1998! Tom
