So now we are in the 10's. Anybody care to speculate about seeing the 9's by the end of the day? If we are entering a bear market, all bets are off as to how low we can go.

Speaking of the 3 contracts. could it be possible that they were
signed with constraints that WSTL must meet certain deadlines
in development of their products and deployment
or the contract becomes void?? If so, WSTL wouldn't tell us about the deadlines.
