Hi taxikid: PMFJI. You see what I mean QUAD-K? Reference my ps: to you
in my note to Steve. This guy's a trader and look what this stock
does to him! I tol' ya' it's hard. This is a nutty co. I WANT them to
succeed. They don't WANT to succeed. I don't know WHY anymore. Really!
The best thing I can think of to do (if I want to throw some bucks
into this is to really, really believe it's bottomed, and then make
a few bucks. I'm not a trader, I don't do TA, I'm more a value type
investor, but granted, I'm "slanted" in the tech sector because I
just happen to be in the business. Anyway, I found taxikid's post
interesting because I didn't read it until after I posted to Steve
(and you). Good Luck, and investing. Regards, Joe...

Hello Taxikid: strategy and scalded dogs.

Taxi, Im always looking to learn. My strategy is long term- 3 to 5 years. I used to scalp points short term, but over time "evovled" <G> into a long term investor.

I don't read frog intestines(I'm not technically oriented.) My gut tells me that Novell has many long term investors and followers (the faithful)who would just love to get back in below the yearly low.

In my opinion, there is probably an excess of scalded dogs who will hold these shares until death (bankruptcy, that is.) And that will not happen for quite a while- just give management and the BOD enough time<GGG>. These investor dogs are most likely going to do little but bark. Some, hopefully, will turn into junk yard dogs.

I love to read the scalpers, option people, technicians, and day traders on this thread. Thank God someone besides Novell executives can make a buck on this stock!

Good luck taxi- I'll be watching your moves.

Lawrence

PS: Is there a cheaper internet play than Novell? How cheap is cheap?
