Bill Clinton admitted the Clinton Foundation had done wrong .... if you understand Clintonese. He said the Foundation hadn't done anything "KNOWINGLY inappropriate." They are known for their legalistic phrasings and "knowingly inappropriate" is in fact, an admission of inappropriate conduct. So we can take it as a given they're dirty and the defense is they didn't realize anything was wrong.
