Shorted a little BVF at market open for 37 7/8. So far, so good.

I was referring to both - sorry if I was a bit unclear. I believe that the company is experiencing short-term liquidity problems as evidenced by the current rartio. Cash flow is obviously negative. I think I already mentioned that despite the healthy-looking earnings, the company blew away all its cash and had to borrow $10,000,000 from its short-term credit line in order to pay its bills.
