Lack of credibility and trustworthiness, financial shenanigans, touts - that's all just Wall Street hubris (it's everywhere, it's everywhere!). Eventually those who indulge in it get caught and pay the penalty. Obviously we the shareholders are not putting up with it any longer. Any of the reasons you have given are enough for a management change but the most essential issue is competence. Everything positive has derived from the science, everything negative is firmly on the administrative side. I hope management is keeping out of the way of Drs. Oliver and Bonfiglio.
