If they do run into trouble, it will be because of the price of gold and/or their own underestimation of costs. There are a lot of lower cost producers that are leveraged and would be more attractive than RYO. I'm not sure how much makeup would be needed to make this one attractive, but earnings would sure help. Once you are in trouble and the world smells it, the equity seems to evaporate.
