Craig, while I agree that HP, EMC, ASND CSCO, BAY, etc. have not need to do so, I do believe that small competitors attempting to establish themselves, in an emerging technology having unknown boundaries and user-interest, will do everything possible to understand their market, including taking a look at internet message boards on which employees of potential customers contribute, engineers comment, etc. In fact, it would be negligent for small companies such as Ancor and Brocade not to do so.

<<You can't seriously think Brocade wastes their time scouring message
boards for facts on their competitors.<<<

Roy Sardina says he's been reading the boards for a long time. Not a hard concept to get.Whether he got any good information that hurt ANCOR is something we can only speculate. Given that no reason to post
accounts ANCR are going after.

Craig, these guys sure do read the boards! I called Ancor regarding the class action and their attorney called me back (hope the attorney fees don't drop to the bottom line, he spent a fair amount of time on the phone) telling me how much respect he had for the New Ancor team (Very impressed by the new team especially Ken). The attorney was quite high on the new team. If you want more email. This is the Bottom!

Happy Holidays!
