Hi Ed: I have some time this morning so a short note. Janice Davies
is the corporate secretary for MGJ. Nice person., having had several
conversations with her over the last 3 yrs. Mr. Coulter is usually the
most active insider when it comes to MGJ trading. If he is still holding
the eggs., then the rooster hasnt crowed. The recent 16M intersection at Bath was ignored by the market in the wake of SVB.
I seem to recall Cross Minerals had one of those type of intersections.,
only to followed with a huge intersection that shook the market.
The Bath property 100% could provide that kick regardless of SVB.
Secondly., the Olympic property., 100%., and the back ins on Blackstones properties., put this company in fine shape regardless of
SVB outcome. This is not a stock recommendation to buy or sell., just
a perspective that this companies hopes are not tied exclusively to
SVB.
