Here is some good news from Brazil. I think that the NEC cdma venture in Brazil may be a Joint Venture with QCOM. Anybody have more accurate information on the business arrangement?

Brazil - Telebahia, the telephone services subsidiary of Telebras at Bahia state, is offering
10,000 new cellular lines at promotional prices to prospective= subscribers in 56 municipalities in the countryside.
Telebahia has 180,000 analog cellular lines in Bahia and announced for January 1998 the start of digital
cellular services based on CDMA technology supplied by NEC.

The company never dipped into the 30's during the summer....the low 40's is a resistance point....first 45-46....42 would be the ultra low...if we go below that you're right....30's here we come....

I don't see this company hitting below 42 though...perhaps briefly touching it....
