Reggie, Thanks for posting the OEM letter for us. It still does not explain the "inextricability" of IE as presented to the court, now does it. Were the lawyers not allowed to see this letter before they tried to delay acting on the injunction? It still looks like they tried to play the DOJ for a bunch of rubes and were caught. Maybe the courts are not as bright in NYC where these guys maintain their practice. Cheers, Norm
