Apparently, the ultra-orthodox are causing problems here. en.wikipedia.org Fundies. They are why we can't have nice things. Wow. Just wow. They take over the public school board so they can reduce school taxes and use the money they save to build their own private schools. What a republican shit thing to do. The arrogance! Re. yesterday's Brit elections, its been reported that one of the reasons why the polls were off is because of what they call 'shy Tories'.........those who vote Tory but know its not a nice thing to do so they lie to the pollsters. I think we may have 'shy Rs' in this country and that contributes to our faulty polls.......like the ones in KS just before the last election.
