AVX is another strong player in the discrete electronic components market besides VSH and KMET.

Re: Anti-trust Concerns - Possibly, the battle for passive components would drop to two players as a result of a VSH and KMET merger.
Nevertheless, if you've followed the industry, you've probably learned that prices have dropped in this area, so I'm not really sure if an acquisition would raise anti-trust concerns.

I'm really worried about KEMET, nevertheless. They have moved their wholemanufacturing operation to Mexico. There also seems to be alot
of management changes in the past year. VSH has the Israeli tantalum facility up and going. I fear KMET is on the run.
