Yeah, that's total bullshit. You either have free speech or you don't. There is no in between. Freedom of speech is DESIGNED for offensive speech. If it isn't offensive we don't need a First Amendment; no one will bitch about it. Ms. Parker's understanding of the issue is nil. This is a classic case of conservatives conditionally embracing the Constitution.
