Re: KMI warrants -

The nice thing w/ the warrants is that you have time. As KMI reports earnings & revenues every quarter, investors will see that dividend growth. As that kick's in, stock should move higher and the warrants will follow.

I believe the company also stated that they were buying back those warrants. Not sure if they are still doing that so it might be worth the time to see if they stopped mentioning that in the CC.

This was dated October 16, 2013
KMI authorizes additional share repurchase up to $250M shares, warrants - KMI’s board has approved a share and warrant repurchase program authorizing KMI to repurchase in the aggregate up to $250M of its Class P common stock or warrants to purchase shares of its Class P common stock. This $250M repurchase program is in addition to the $350M share and warrant repurchase program that the board approved in July of this year, of which approximately $16M of capacity remains.
There was some speculation that KMI was buying back shares to cover any shares issued w/ the warrants so there would be no dilution. Maybe that was complete in 2013/2014.

I have a GTC order in for more warrants @ $2.78/share but doubt I will ever see that price again.

EKS
