Where does he come up with this wacko stat? Water percentage is the relative humidity and is temperature dependent. Does this imply the average relative humidity across the globe has increased by 6%? If this were true the warmists would have pounced on it years ago. BTW, water is ~50x the global warming gas of all the others combined. Why aren't we regulating it?

Why did you forget to include the part where he says "there's been a warming trend the last 20 years"? You always do that. You also leave out the 25 years after 1989, which is understandable, cuz we set the record in '12, and recognizing that shows things are getting warmer.
