Wouldn't it be nice to have some sort of 3D vision into all the things they dinkered with before accepting an upgrade. Some sort of visual image of what your system changes are before and after the change? No such item is available for us folks who dont know everything. I can look back quite easily these days though. I keep images of all my systems going back years (1997). These days I have taken to turning the images back into virtual PC's. The paragon P2V copy wizard works quite well. I use Paragon 14 for that, and that is OK for Linux too. I haven't got Win 95 and before running yet though. I am just buying my first SSD, I prefer to stay on the trailing edge of technology rather then the leading and usually bleeding edge where things are buggy and expensive. The paragon OS migration tool may come in handy but no great expectations . Here is the 2015 version. paragon-software.com I have a picture of some of the screen shots below.
