WORD FROM DICK JENSEN

Spoke to Dick Jensen today and he told me that he had received word of
the 50 ounce shipment from Engelhard. The check to Global for the 50
ounces is approximately $5,000 less refining fees. In the sample the
metals found were platinum, rhodium, palladium and gold.

The significance of this payment lies in the fact that we now have proof, from a very prestigious U.S. refiner, that metals exist in the Global ore.

Since the sample was sent to Engelhard, Global has made significant
progress in their concentration process. At this time two additional refiners are working on Global shipments.

The stock price has had a significant decline in the past thirty-days on insignificant volume. No one is making a profit selling at these prices. In my opinion this decline is a combination of the declining metal markets, tax loss selling and the fact that the market makers take 1,000 shares or so and move down.

I am still a believer in GPGI and I hope that 1998 will prove me right.

Happy Holidays to all.
