it never existed. Only about 1/3 in direct federal spending, and only $105 B was for infrastructure. The other 2/3 was in tax cuts and grants to the states.
So now you admit that "stimulus" was nothing more than bailouts to state governments, but only in the context of asking for more money, because THIS TIME we can trust government to spend it wisely.

No thanks, Wharfie. There's a reason why trust in government is at an all-time low, and it's because people are sick of politicians never letting a good crisis go to waste.
