Wayne, if I may, a few questions... What is the current number of issued and outstanding shares? How many are needed for a majority vote? How many are held my insiders? Do our shares have to be in Name form for our votes to count or can they also be in Street Name? thanks, just trying to get I feel for the effort required...

Hey all..... I have a comment and a question.... Comment: I very much enjoy the manner of all on this thread thru this whole episode....I look forward to the information I find here and enjoy this whole potential "future story to tell the grandkids".....I suppose that reply #667 by our own Wayne J. may have been just enough of a gentle shove in the right direction..... Question: Has anybody ever figured out what that spike to $0.60 was all about back in Sept. or Oct. depending on whose chart you look at? I thought for awhile that it was just an error that day.....there was a flurry of questions about it for a few days.....and nothing ever came of it. It is still on the charts now 60 days or so after the fact......An inquiring mind just wants to know...and doesnt know where to go to do my own DD about this fact... Thought I would throw this question out here in this big pond and see if I might get a bite...... By the way..the fishing bobber on my CVIA pole keeps wiggling lately....Im watching it "veewy veewy" closely...... Happy Fishing..... Eddie Kupenda
