Hey Joe

We may get some more drifting between now and the official earnings, as the stock may follow the general downtrend of the market. That may have been the bottom this morning. Because of the holidays there may be one more round of news related selling.

The bad news on channel stuffing is finally all out. (an IMO guess: they have been reporting bogus earnings numbers for ages and that isn't gonna happen anymore.)

Plus it looks like they will get off without having to restate earnings for prior quarters or make formal changes to accounting or revenue recognition. I wish they would make those formal changes because at this point we have only promises that they won't do it again.

If Cowpland hadn't started to babble nonsense to the press, I'd be tempted to buy right now. It would be a lot better if he could show a little concern and doubt. We've grown sick of his promises for next quarter and next year.
