The greenhouse effect occurs when Earth's atmosphere traps solar radiation because of the presence of certain gases, which causes temperatures to rise.

Hey, you know the Amtrack train had the PTC installed, don't you? Amtrack just hadn't turned it on yet. If it had been operable, it would have prevented the derailing. So that kneejerk stuff about Republicans starving infrastructure spending was a lie.

But I have a question ... Amtrack, Obamacare, the VA .... why are things run by the federal government so screwed up?
