Maybe the judge wanted to give Apperson another shot at taking down Zimmerman. That would explain why Apperson got such low bail and/or was allowed bail.

Maybe the judge wanted to give Apperson another shot at taking down Zimmerman.If all else fails, The trial judge will give him that opportunity. Yep...Judge Debra Nelson will be hearing the case. The same one that presided over Zimmermans trial. There's evidently only one judge in all of Florida
