Maybe the judge wanted to give Apperson another shot at taking down Zimmerman.

That would explain why Apperson got such low bail and/or was allowed bail.

The trial judge will give him that opportunity. Yep...Judge Debra Nelson will be hearing the case. The same one that presided over Zimmermans trial.

There's evidently only one judge in all of Florida

The more usual bond would have been $250,000 AND the police would have executed a search warrant on all the shooter's vehicles,living quarters, and storage places known looking for and confiscating any weapons. The bond and conditions are suspiciously little for attempted premeditated murder.
