Interesting how actions kind of flow together------I am going through files and ran across a framed copy of The Bill of Rights published by the Commemoration Committee, chaired by Ross M. Blakely, Chairman published by the committee. Framed in a frame with glass that needed cleaning. Not original but a good reminder of our rights as citizen s of the United States of America. Certainly, imo you have the right to publish what you write with proper references. Suggest you resubmit via e-mail. Am putting the cleaned up frame and glass with the copy and hanging it up as a reminder or our rights and how they interface with the Constitution of which I have a complete copy. mj.
