No, I dont read it that way Chris. Foreign companies traditionally have lower PE mutiples than their relative US companies. Its a hedge against the implicit risks assosciated with foreign markets vs the "safe" US market. And right before our eyes we see why that hedge is justified.

But yeh, he sounds a little peeved off, and there is talk on the thread that "someone" wants the price below 15 so calls that are due today are made worthless... who knows.

Steve, you posted about when a stock is discovered it is time to move on. I kind of have a tangent to that.. IMO I believe when a stock is just being discovered its a great buy.. as long as it is before the big money finds it. I think by reading SI boards and 56 boards you/I/anyone can get the impression that RADAF is a household name. Its not, and its not in the investment community either. When I talk to others who dont use SI about Radica, they have never even heard of it. Its just being discovered and therefore in my blurry eyes that is a good sign because lots of untapped resources are still waiting to buy in. Then again, at this rate they could be buying in @ $10. *grin* . But my point isnt about RADAF, its about stocks in general. I personally like 'em when only 1 or 2 or 5 mutual funds/institutions own the stock.. that means to me some "big" players have looked it over and are willing to buy the issue, but there are still many many players out there that havent found it yet. Thats why in most cases I dont buy stocks that 50+ mutual funds own, they can kill you in a second when they all decide to sell in one day..

Just my opinion.
