I think the USPS should stop delivering mail period.

But we have 30,000 post offices in operation, one for every 125 square miles. Including Alaska and Texas. That's way more than we need.

There is no reason for it. Even 10,000 post offices would put one in every town in the country of a couple thousand or more. Probably every town of a thousand.
