Big govt works better than anything else? How come people at my job get bonuses for surfing porn all day? How come we never had a case of guy stopping come to work but staying on the payroll with a cockamamie story about being a CIA agent as happened at EPA? How come our people didn't put "adult entertainment" on their company travel cards? Let's face it ... our big govt agencies are dysfunctional with a corrupt organizational culture. We see bad behavior and failure all over ..... VA, Obamacare, Amtrak, IRS, NOAA, NASA, Secret Service ...
