Seems that you're in an admirable position to take whatever action you deem appropriate. Congratulations.

Fully agree with all points in your post.

I haven't seen the ML report. Most analysts have been obsessing over the price decline in the 16Mb DRAM chip. Perhaps, they're dreaming that the 16Mb chip might have the same life cycle and profitability as the 4Mb chip did. It won't happen. 16Mb production has started to decline while 64Mb is rising fairly quickly. I wouldn't expect total bits of 16Mb to exceed 64Mb bits for another 6 months, probably less.
