Hmmmm...........you're at a loss to see the connection. That's a big part of the problem. Its why we have the most gun violence of any first world country and some third world countries. tejek - I see you did not answer my question. Could it be you cannot because you are at a lose to explain the connection.. There is no connection between two criminal gangs carrying illegal firearms killing each other in a parking lot and a trained individual licensed to carry a firearm openly. You have proved one thing. Any attempt to carry on an intelligent conversation with you is futile. Have you given any thought to who commits a huge disproportionate amount of the gun violence? Have you ever heard of Black on Black crime. Have you ever heard of the death rate by guns in Chicago and now Baltimore. The problem is NOT white men with concealed carry permits. You idiot!!. Do you think criminals go through the training and get a license to carry a firearm concealed. Most of them are convicted felons and it is illegal for them to touch a firearm. Do you think that stops them? You idiot!! Do you think not allowing a law abiding citizen to carry a firearm will keep criminals, hoodlums and thugs from getting a gun. Believe me, he will get a gun and blow your defenseless head off for a few bucks from your pocket. I carry simply because I want to and I will never be shot like a pig in a pen. If I am ever shot by a criminal it will be in a gun fight. If there was no criminal violence I would not carry one. Let me know when the criminal voilence stops. You idiot!! Do ;you know who wants to disarm all citizens? Do you know who wants extremely harsh gun laws that will take all guns from the citizens and make it a crime to have a gun? It is criminals and idiot libs like you. You live in a fantasy world where if you just pass a law there will be no more guns. There already is a law that no felon can have a gun. Do any felons have guns? It is already a law that you cannot have a gun and shoot anyone in the course of a robbery. Has that law stopped all the armed robberies? Are there laws against gun violence? Has those laws stopped gun violence. Will more laws help? You idiot!! I guess you would prefer to get your head blown off by some psycho as you beg for your life. The odds are extremely good neither of us will ever face this situation. However, I would rather have a gun and never need it than to need it once and not have it.. There are no home invasions where there is a pick up in the driveway with a gun rack in the rear window. Thugs know a gun lives in that house.
