It doesn't do very much for me to spend a lot of time answering a series of questions, without getting any value in return. It sure would be nice to hear the results of your analysis and research.

I strongly doubt anybody will buy Remedy. The help-desk is needed but why would anybody buy Remedy when you can buy a smaller player for MUCH cheaper as IBM did.
