We sent arms from Libya to ISIS in Syria. We funded ISIS in Syria. Obama wants Assad out (he doesn't like secular leaders). Obama pulled us out of Iraq just as Democracy was taking root. And some don't understand why we're letting ISIS take captured weapons?
