Denver television, probably just like other major TV areas, is inundated with commercials for law firms. Just about every commercial break features at least one and often 2 spots for area lawyers. Many of them boasting of enormous settlements for personal injury suits against the insurance companies.

I watch less and less TV anymore. The regular shows are mostly foul mouthed trash with an abundance of blood and gore. I'll be glad when football season starts. I'd watch the Colorado Rockies, but they forgot how to play baseball this season and are firmly entrenched at the bottom of the pile.

A couple weeks ago I rediscovered my local library and checked out a book! Imagine that....
